I was beyond thrilled to be announced as the Irish Newborn Photographer Year 2023 by the Irish Professional Photographers and Videographers Association at the annual gala last week.
My panel of images was judged by international photographers with huge standing in the industry. It was an honour to have my work recognised in this way.
I got my second shock of the evening when I heard my name called out again, this time for 3rd Place Overall Irish Photographer of the Year 2023. This is awarded across all categories so to have placed 3rd is an incredible honour.
This comes just on the anniversary of the opening of my new studio in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. What a way to celebrate 1 year in my new space!
